With this Q&A plan you can email us your question or issue and we'll guide you safely. Plan includes unlimited email and a 30 minute per month phone/zoom support.
Note: Phone and email support is available only evenings and weekends. All emails will be replied within 4hrs.
Q&A and Plus
Includes all that is included in the "Unlimited Q&A" plan, plus 1 "Issue Assist" per month. This is when you need a remote session to resolve your issue. Therefore if your issue takes 1 hour or 3 hours it will be the same price.
Note: Remote session, Phone consultation and email support is available only evenings and weekends. All emails will be replied within 4hrs. Session and Call is prescheduled.
